Following is my annual global tribute to this holiday and of course it includes my customary metaphysical twist…

Honoring ALL Veterans Everywhere

Becoming Veterans of Spirit

While those who died are also remembered on Veterans Day in the US,  the day is set aside to thank and honor all those who served honorably in the military — in wartime or peacetime. In fact, Veterans Day in the US is largely intended to thank living veterans for their service, to acknowledge that their contributions to our national security are appreciated, and to underscore the fact that all those who served — not only those who died — have sacrificed and done their duty.

Canada and Australia observe Remembrance Day on the same date, November 11, although in Australia it is observed like our Memorial Day, to honor the nation’s war dead. Britain observes Remembrance Day on the Sunday nearest November 11. France and Belgium observe November 11 as Armistice Day.

Let’s take time to honor those who have defended our freedoms and silently thank them for their service. This includes ALL the men and women who serve and have served in other nations for the cause of freedom for all our planet’s citizens.

And while you’re at it, take a moment to honor your prosperity thoughts and the guidance of Spirit. They are the soldiers that protect you from error thoughts that keep you from freedom to express your talents and abilities. They valiantly defend you from the tyranny of negative thinking and past conditioning.

You will then become a Veteran of Spirit that serves your consciousness well and brings you freedom and peace.
